The winners of the awards competition, widely recognized as the land use industry’s most prestigious recognition program, were announced today in Phoenix at the 2011 ULI Real Estate Summit at the Spring Council Forum.

Awards For Excellence Submission Overview

Eligibility, qualified countries, and schedules are available at the Navigation Bar links.
Developers and/or members of the development team submit completed applications to ULI, postmarked no later than February 18, 2012.
Applications must be accompanied by high-quality images that best illustrate the special features and merits of the project.
The jury convenes to review all submissions and choose up to thirty finalists.
At least one jury member visits each finalist project.
Jury reconvenes to choose up to fourteen winners. The jury may choose up to fifteen if one of the winners is a Heritage Award winner.
