CAG Forms
Community Action Grant (CAG) winners are asked to submit a CAG Status Updating Form semi-annually so that we can capture the lessons learned from their experience.  At the conclusion of the project, a CAG Final Reporting Form, along with any relevant reports and/or digital files, are sent to ULI for the purpose of promoting the work to District Councils that are interested in replicating successful projects and community outreach outcomes.
