Technical Assistance Contract Opportunities
In fall 2010, the Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) awarded grants to communities, via the Sustainable Communities Regional Planning Grant Program, to support metropolitan and multi-jurisdictional planning efforts that integrate housing, land use, economic and workforce development, transportation, and infrastructure investments. Select District Councils in ULI’s Network have committed to support awards in their region as formal consortium members to perform a particular service. Each ULI District Council is engaging in a different level of programmatic responsibilities under their respective agreement.
ULI-the Urban Land Institute is requesting qualifications from individuals and organizations to provide community outreach services and to support local district council program coordination. The purpose of this Request for Qualifications (RFQ) is to establish a Qualified List of consultants to provide these services. ULI makes no specific guarantee of a minimum or maximum amount of services which shall be requested of any firm who is selected.
