Young Leaders Asia
The ULI Asia Young Leaders Group is dedicated to the development of leadership through the exchange of knowledge and synergistic networking in the real estate communities. We strive to create a unique setting for tomorrow's leaders in real estate, land use policy, and urban design to:
  • Stay on top of the latest developments in real estate and land use throughout Asia Pacific;
  • Develop their professional careers through conversation, education and research;
  • Interact, both professionally and socially, with global leaders.
The Asia YLG has active groups in Hong Kong, Shanghai, Singapore and Tokyo so anyone from those markets is welcome. To get involved with us, come to one of our upcoming events.
About the Young Leaders Group (YLG)
The Young Leaders Group (YLG) has a group of emerging young leaders under the age of 35 who are dedicated to the responsible use of land and real estate in enhancing our future. The YLG strives to provide a unique setting for the leaders of tomorrow to interact and network both professionally and socially, with the leaders of today. It offers younger ULI members the opportunity to network with their peers, gain exposure to senior industry professionals, and to continue their professional education.

The YLG includes a diverse group of real estate professionals and students, including architects, engineers, financial analysts, city planners, and lawyers. All interested members from other industries are also encouraged to join.

Under 35? Join ULI and Save

Are you under 35 years of age? Save half on dues when you join ULI. The fee for Non-U.S. Young Leader is only US$170 per year. Young Leader Members must provide proof of age. Still a full-time Student? Dues are only US$65 per year. This membership category is open to all full-time graduate and undergraduate students. Students must provide proof of full-time status with the membership application.
