Sandy Apgar, based in Baltimore, advises senior executives and board members on real estate strategy and management. An award-winning consultant, author, and public official, he is a long-serving ULI member, a ULI Foundation governor, a former ULI trustee, and has chaired three ULI Product Councils. He was also the Deputy Secretary of the Army from 1998 to 2001.
