This ULI Global Policy and Practice Forum will convene an interdisciplinary group of stakeholders including: investors, lenders, owners, occupiers, service providers and technology providers to assess which real estate practices and sub-markets are absorbing new technologies and where market barriers persist. ULI seeks to generate new market insight into how a host of new technologies and technology companies seek to create value and place products into the commercial real estate marketplace through new value propositions and business models.
