    ULI Netherlands launches the summer season with the Annual Conference 2024. Mark your calendar for 29 May, Tower Ten at World Trade Center Amsterdam!

    In times of unprecedented technological innovations, urbanisation, climate change, and geopolitical shifts, the real estate sector plays a pivotal role in shaping the landscape of our cities and communities.

    This year the conference will be centered around the theme of Future Proof Cities, aligning with ULI's vision for resilient, sustainable, and inclusive urban environments.

    Agenda

    • 12:30 – 14:00 – Dedicated Young Leaders and NEXT Programme: exclusive lectures and a networking lunch for under-45s only. Please make sure to update your ULI profile with your date of birth.
    • 14:00 – 17:30 – Main Conference Programme with our lineup of esteemed speakers who will contribute to building future-ready cities. Among them are Mayor Aboutaleb, Jeroen Lokerse, Morten Jeppersen moderated by Susanne Heering, Marion Waller,  Pavillion de l'Arsenal. More to come. Open for all registered guests.
    • 17:30 – 19:30  Networking Dinner. Open for all registered guests.

    Cancellation/Refund Policy

    • Written cancellation and refund requests must be received by ULI one month before the event date. A €50 processing fee will be deducted.
    • No refunds will be given for cancellation requests received after 10 May 2024.
    • Registration may be transferred to another staff member from the member's organisation. A €50 transfer fee will be charged.
    Payment Terms:
    • All bookings must be paid for in advance of the event.
    • Invoice payment terms strictly 30 days from the issue date of invoice.
    • If your booking is less than 30 days before the event or payment has not been received by this date, you will be asked to settle the account before being permitted to enter the event.
    • Please ensure that your accounts team is aware of our terms to avoid any delays to your on-site registration.

As the former Country Head Netherlands and Executive Partner at Cushman & Wakefield, he led a team of 550 professionals, overseeing the financial performance and strategic direction of the Dutch business. He is recognized as a prominent thought leader and speaker in the industry, contributing to academia and industry events globally. Notably, Jeroen's innovative initiatives include pioneering the Six Feet Office concept during the COVID-19 pandemic and brokering landmark agreements between stakeholders during times of crisis.     Morten Jeppesen

    Director and Team Lead, Gehl

    Morten is a dedicated Director at Gehl, leading a Design Team with a diverse portfolio of urban planning projects. His responsibilities encompass envisioning and strategizing, developing masterplan frameworks, and overseeing urban design and landscape projects for both public and private clients. Motivated by a profound desire to cultivate sustainable cities that prioritize people and contribute to mitigating climate change, Morten consistently places the human scale at the core of his work. Morten’s impactful contributions extend beyond his professional engagements, as he actively contributes to research and teaching, further amplifying his commitment to shaping a better future for generations to come.

    Marion Waller

    Director, Pavillon de l'Arsenal

    Marion Waller is an expert on cities specialising in urban planning issues. Having studied urban planning and philosophy, she served as Deputy Chief of Staff to Jean-Louis Missika, then deputy mayor at the Paris city council in charge of urban planning and architecture. She then became an adviser to the office of the Mayor of Paris in charge of architecture, heritage, transformation of the urban landscape and energy renovation of buildings. In February last year, she was appointed Director of Pavillon de l’Arsenal. Share the insights of a true aficionado.

    Susanne Heering is a versatile professional with a rich background in urban development and communication. Beginning her journey as the first female rector at the Groninger Studenten Corps, she has since navigated diverse roles including translator, editor, presenter, and program maker at AT5. Her experience extends to coordinating theater productions, lecturing on media management and TV, and moderating discussions on urban planning and development. With a keen ability to illuminate complex urban issues through a blend of factual analysis, humor, and critical insight, Susanne fosters constructive dialogue and empowers audiences with actionable perspectives.
