Renewing is easy!
If you are currently a member and your membership is up for renewal, you can renew any of the following four ways:
1. Renew online. Log in to your member account using the e-mail address and password you created. Once you are on your profile page, click “renew” in the upper right-hand corner. If you do not remember your password or the “renew” link is not on your profile page, contact ULI Customer Service at customerservice@uli.org or call 800-321-5011.
2. Call ULI Customer Service: U.S. residents, 800-321-5011; European residents, +44 207 487 9577; residents outside the United States and Europe, +1 410 626 7500.
3. Renew by mail: Mail either your invoice or renewal form with your ULI member information and member ID number (if you know it) as well as your credit card information or check for payment to:

4. Renew by fax: Fax either your invoice or renewal form with your ULI member information and member ID number (if you know it) as well as your credit card information for payment to 410-626-7148 or 800-248-4585.

I recently received a call to renew my membership. Is this legitimate?
Yes, ULI calls all members up for renewal in the United States. You will receive one or two calls as your membership approaches the end of its term.
I did not realize my membership was up for renewal. How often are members contacted before their membership expires?
Members are contacted at least six times during a three- to four-month period using a variety of media, including e-mails, printed invoices, and phone calls. Although most contact is generated by our office in Washington, D.C., your local ULI group may also contact you when your membership is up for renewal.
When can I expect to receive my membership card?
Membership cards are mailed the Monday after your payment has been received and processed.
