Technical Assistance Programs (TAPs) are part of the Advisory Services Program. TAPs were specifically designed to be run and implemented by District Councils. These 1-2 Day panels allow a specific focus on an real estate or land use issue facing a community. Panelists come from the local District Council and provide solutions where local knowledge is the key to success. As with other Advisory Service options the scope defined by the sponsor, an objective team of local seasoned professionals staff the panel, recommendations often build on what a community has already accomplished and, as always, there is the high-quality outcome for which ULI is known.
