ULI’s Rose Center for Public Leadership is uniquely positioned to help public sector leaders through its programming, by bringing together high-level public officials from a small group of select cities with ULI experts and development industry leaders. During the course of each program, the Rose Center invites these professionals and subject matter experts to serve as faculty and study tour participants. By enabling city leaders to draw upon the knowledge and expertise of and industry leaders, the Rose Center aims to provide city leaders with the right technical assistance to develop strategies to address the local land use challenge that their city faces.
