The Rose Center Advisory Board, led by Joe Rose, provides strategic direction and ongoing program guidance. The Advisory Board is comprised of top business and political leaders and policy experts from across the country, including representatives from ULI’s leadership. The members were selected because of their demonstrated on-going commitment to improving land use decision-making in American cities. The Board meets twice annually, with virtual communications in between face-to-face gatherings.
