Because how to fund and finance the infrastructure we need is a key challenge, the Infrastructure Initiative seeks to facilitate understanding within and outside the ULI network about transportation and infrastructure funding and finance topics. Key issues under exploration include:
- Application of existing revenue sources
- Emerging and potential approaches to infrastructure funding and financing, including generating revenues by ballot measure applied at the local level, infrastructure banks, and more
