The mission of the ULI Terwilliger Center for Housing is to create and sustain mixed-income, mixed-use neighborhoods that incorporate a full spectrum of housing choices. The Center achieves its mission through a multifaceted program of work including research and publications that examine data, policies and best practices in housing.
